How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 7–12 working days. Delivery is free and tracked to every UK address, and we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return a wig?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as long as the hair is unworn and unaltered: hairnet and seal in place, lace uncut, and not washed, dyed or styled. Because wigs are worn on the head, this keeps every wig hygienic. Faulty or not as described? We refund or replace it.
Are your wigs real human hair?
Yes. We only sell 100% human hair wigs and bundles, never synthetic or blends. Each product page lists the hair, lace, cap and density, with close-up photos of the hairline and lace.
What is a Put On & Go wig?
Any Crown'd wig you can wear in minutes without glue. Glueless lace wigs come with the lace pre-cut and the hairline pre-plucked; V-part, half, headband and fringe wigs have no lace at all. An adjustable band, combs or clips hold each one in place.
What is HD lace?
HD lace is an ultra-thin, soft lace that blends into the skin more easily than standard lace, for a hairline that looks like it grows from your scalp. On deeper skin tones, a dab of foundation or a lace tint makes the blend even closer.
Which texture will match my hair?
If you leave some of your own hair out, match the wig to how you wear your hair: afro kinky for natural 4B to 4C, kinky straight for pressed 4B to 4C, kinky curly for 3C to 4A, and straight or body wave for relaxed hair. Our texture guide shows every match.
