What we collect, and why
- Orders: your name, delivery address, email and order details, used to fulfil your order and give you after-sales help. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you.
- Payments: handled by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
- Emails you send us: used to answer you.
- Marketing emails: only if you opt in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Your bag and saved wigs: stored only in your own browser on this device.
- Site statistics: if we turn on analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service.
Who we share it with
Shopify (our shop and checkout platform), the suppliers and couriers who prepare and deliver your order, and our email provider. Each only gets what it needs to do its job. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email bolt70business@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
