Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 7–12 working days. Every order ships free with tracking, and we email your tracking link as soon as it is on its way.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Cannot find it? Check your spam folder, then email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has not been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it.
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Shopify, so your payment is processed securely and we never see your card details. The payment options available are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds
Can I return a wig?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, as long as the hair is unworn and unaltered. See the full returns policy for details.
What counts as unworn?
The hairnet and any hygiene seal are still in place, the lace has not been cut, and the hair has not been washed, dyed, bleached, heat-styled or worn. Trying it on over the hairnet, briefly, is fine.
What if my wig is faulty?
Email us with your order number and photos. If it is faulty or not as described, we will refund or replace it and cover the return postage, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the card you paid with.

The hair
Is it real human hair?
Yes. Every Crown'd wig and bundle is 100% human hair. We do not sell synthetic or blended hair.
Can I dye or bleach it?
You can dye it darker at home or in a salon. Lightening needs bleach and is best done by a professional. Always strand-test first.
Can I use heat on it?
Yes. Use a heat protectant and keep straighteners and curlers at a moderate temperature to make the hair last.
Does it shed?
All human hair wigs shed a little, like your own hair does, especially at first. Gentle detangling and avoiding tension at the knots keeps shedding low. If it sheds heavily, email us.

Wearing and care
Which wig is best for beginners?
A Put On & Go wig: pre-cut lace, pre-plucked hairline and an adjustable band, with nothing to cut and no glue.
Will it fit me?
Most of our wigs have a medium cap (about 22 to 22.5 inches) with an adjustable band and combs, which fits most heads. Our wig guide shows how to measure.
How often should I wash it?
Every 7 to 10 wears, or sooner if you use a lot of product. Our how-to-wear guide walks you through wash day.
How long will it last?
With good care, a human hair wig can last a year or more of regular wear. Heat, friction and harsh products shorten its life.
