Crown'd is a trading name of Bolt Business Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16864050). Registered office: 14 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BH, United Kingdom. Email bolt70business@gmail.com.
Your order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. The contract between us starts when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken securely through Shopify's checkout when you order.
The hair
Human hair is natural, so texture, shade and length can vary slightly from wig to wig, and colours can look different on different screens. Lengths are measured with the hair pulled straight.
Delivery
Orders arrive in 7–12 working days. See Delivery.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered hair. Hygiene conditions apply because wigs are worn on the head. See Returns and refunds.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty or not as described.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
