Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and your personal data at any time.

Send an email to bolt70business@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- 2We confirm it is you
We reply to that address to make sure the request really comes from you.
- 3We delete your data
Within 30 days we delete your account, saved addresses, back-in-stock requests and marketing preferences, and confirm when it is done.
What we keep
Order records are kept for six years where tax and accounting law requires it. They are used for nothing else.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
We only received your name and email address from Google or Facebook. Deleting your account removes them. You can also remove Crown'd from the apps connected to your Google or Facebook account, in that account's security or apps settings.
