Black roots fade into dark brown, then warm caramel at the ends: a three-tone ombré on silky straight hair. It gives your sew-in or custom wig soft, lived-in colour without bleaching a single strand of your own hair.

Choose from 10 to 26 inches. Most full installs use 3 to 4 bundles, and the black roots help it blend with natural black leave-out at the top. It is human hair, so you can curl or straighten it with care.

• Use a heat protectant every time you use heat, and keep tools at a moderate setting.
• Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase, or wrap your hair, to reduce friction.
